pero aja ra ako magsan announce man diri sa FB hehe, the real leaders are those who work on ground, all those volunteers helping in our activities, and that by sharing their time and talent they get to prove that through their care and concern for our town, there is a future full of hope for a better Cantilan and a better Surigao del Sur. but then again, it’s only possible when every single Cantilangnon does his share in helping his community rise. =))
